Visitors often use their mouse like a “finger” pointing at what they’re looking at on the webpage, so you can see what attracts their attention and what they ignore – it’s fascinating.

Great advice. You helped us focus on our on-going discussion here about what we want to do and what we don’t want to do about our website. You got us talking about our “ideal client” rather than just any client. Now we are going to chew this over and what that means for our website.

Thanks Ken. You’re absolutely right to think about your “ideal clients” – that way your website will connect with your most valuable visitors. Too many websites are not focused enough and because of that any enquiries they generate are often of low value. It’s much better to have fewer high quality enquiries that lots of low value ones.
