In this TED video, innovation expert, Clayton Christensen shares the lessons he gave to the Harvard Business School’s 2010 graduating class. He offers a series of guidelines for finding meaning and happiness in life. He uses examples from his own experiences to explain how high achievers can all too often fall into traps that lead to unhappiness.
Clayton is deeply religious and he makes many references to his beliefs. His wisdom and insights have meaning for all, irrespective of their faith.
As we near the end of 2012 and look forward to 2013 this is an excellent video to watch and reflect on.
